Data Scientist

We are looking for a FULL TIME Data Scientist to help design, implement, and execute various scripts, APIs, and dashboards for our clients.

This position is 100% remote.

The Full Time Data Scientist is RESPONSIBLE for the following:

Designing and developing R code for statistical analysis
Updating existing API or shiny dashboards based on changes to functionality as detailed by the client
Debugging and testing APIs or shiny dashboards on multiple versions of R
Investigating, testing and using new R packages.
Creating, updating and building internal R packages as well as creating & running tests for them.
Running performance tests and reporting on improvements needed for APIs and Shiny dashboards.

Additionally, we're looking for candidates with experience using:

RStudio Pro
RStudio Server Pro
RStudio Connect
RStudio Package Manager

To perform the previously listed responsibilities, the Full Time Data Scintist should have the following skills:

2+ years of experience with R development
1+ years of experience with shiny development
1+ years of experience developing R packages
In-depth knowledge of R ecosystem
Strong experience with data analysis and statistics
