What if I need a question type beyond the scope of my plan?
We get that sometimes your business may require you to ask deeper research questions than your plan allows. If you are looking for a question type beyond the scope of your plan, we will try to accommodate for no additional cost. However, these additional requests require more resources and time, and may conflict with current research projects. In an effort to balance increased requests with other scheduled/planned projects, we may need to decline or charge for the extra research.
